Sleep disturbance can affect multiple areas of life, including mood, concentration, and energy levels. The Improving My Sleep handout uses brief behavioral therapy for insomnia (BBT-I) principles of sleep restriction/sleep compression and sleep scheduling. In addition, the handout describes stimulus control and other general sleep hygiene recommendations. If you need sleep diaries, we recommend the Consensus Sleep Diary or the Two Week Sleep Diary
